Custom Tin FAQ

Everything you need to know about ordering personalized tins.

What's the turnaround time?

Standard custom orders ship within 5-7 business days. Orders of 25+ tins may take 10-14 business days. Rush processing (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before any event date.

Can I create a custom scent blend?

Custom scent mixing is available for orders of 50+ tins. Our fragrance team will work with you to create a signature blend. Contact us at hello@pocketproducts.com to start the process. Turnaround for custom blends is 3-4 weeks.

What's the return policy on custom orders?

Due to the personalized nature of custom tins, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. We do offer a proof approval process before production begins. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace the affected tins at no charge.

What file formats do you accept for logos?

We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files up to 5MB. For best results, upload a high-resolution image (at least 300 DPI) with a transparent background. Vector files (SVG) produce the sharpest engraving results.

Can I order a sample before a large batch?

Absolutely. We recommend ordering a single custom tin first to see the engraving quality and scent in person before committing to a larger order. The single-tin price of $24.99 applies, and we'll credit that amount toward your bulk order if placed within 30 days.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! We offer premium gift boxes with a velvet interior for an additional $4.99 per tin. For orders of 25+, we can also create custom packaging with your branding. Contact us for a quote on fully custom presentation boxes.
